The Sasha Jewelry Box demonstrates how an unconventional, cross-disciplinary product-development approach transformed severe manufacturing constraints into commercial advantage. Developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project navigated restricted factory access, supply-chain disruption, delayed sampling, and inconsistent supplier communication to translate luxury craftsmanship into a scalable, globally manufactured product.
