How Outside-the-Box Thinking Expanded Manufacturing Constraints and Translated Craftsmanship to Scale into Global Commercial Success
This report examines the development of the Sasha Jewelry Box as a case study in unconventional, cross-disciplinary product development. The project was undertaken during the COVID-19 pandemic, when international travel restrictions, disrupted supply chains, delayed sampling, limited factory access, and inconsistent supplier communication created significant barriers to conventional manufacturing practice.
