Color & material consultation.

A short engagement, a long view.

A focused engagement for clients who do not need full-service design but want a designer's eye on a single problem — a palette, a finish, a room that has never quite worked.

Color & material consultation.
Material study № 03

Most homes do not need a full redesign. They need one or two carefully made choices — a paint color that finally settles a wall, a fabric that pulls a room together, a fixture that solves a corner that has always felt off. This service exists for those projects.

Engagements typically run two to four sessions over three to six weeks, with material samples couriered, in-home or virtual sessions to evaluate them in context, and a written summary you can take to your contractor or do yourself. Suited to a single room, a single decision, or a building-wide palette.

Common engagements

 • Paint and finish palette for a single room or whole-home

 • Upholstery, drapery, and rug pairing for an existing room

 • Lighting and fixture selection without redesigning the room

 • A second opinion on a room you have already started

 • Pre-listing styling for sale or rental

Begin with a short note about the room. Photographs help. Most consultations begin within two weeks of intake.
