This is the work that shapes the rest. A full residential project begins with how you actually live — where the morning light lands, how guests arrive, where the kids drop their bags — and uses that as the brief. Plans, finishes, and furnishings follow from the brief, not the other way around.
A typical engagement runs eight to fourteen months and includes early concept and floor planning, finish and fixture selection, furniture sourcing and procurement, vendor and trade coordination, installation, and final styling. The studio works at a deliberate pace and takes a small number of full projects each year.
